Serve as the primary escrow officer managing residential closings across multiple regional offices. Review contracts, verify title and taxes, coordinate with lenders and agents, train assistants, build agent relationships, and attend closings to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant transfer of funds and property.

Supervise and coach Regional Support Specialists across a pod of branch offices, serve as first escalation point, manage workflow and coverage, support agents with transactions and technology, liaise with branch leaders and departments, ensure office organization and compliance, and handle special projects.

Own budgets, forecasts, MQL/SQL definitions, experimentation, and team leadership to improve conversion, cross-sell, and revenue outcomes.
