Serve as strategic marketing partner to Palm Beach and Wellington agents, drive adoption of the Home Platform, deliver training and change management, oversee marketing campaigns and listing launches, mentor one direct report, manage vendors and budgets, and collaborate with leadership and corporate teams to optimize digital marketing, CRM use, and luxury branding.

Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents and lenders to sell title and closing services. Educate agents via workshops, coordinate introductions to escrow officers, use social media for outreach, follow up on leads, prepare weekly reports, and host client events to strengthen partnerships and grow business.

Provide front-line support to agents and branch leaders: troubleshoot office systems, assist agent onboarding and marketing (social media, in-house tools), maintain office operations, coordinate events, and support recruitment and agent productivity.

Draft, review, and administer global franchise agreements and related documents across multi-brand structures. Manage contract lifecycle in a CLM, implement post-execution steps, ensure template and jurisdictional compliance, collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance and Brand teams, and maintain high volume accuracy and process governance.

Support escrow and closing processes by coordinating information collection, preparing and maintaining closing files, processing post-closing tasks, sending funds/documents, and providing professional customer service.

Serve as the primary escrow officer managing residential closings across multiple regional offices. Review contracts, verify title and taxes, coordinate with lenders and agents, train assistants, build agent relationships, and attend closings to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant transfer of funds and property.
