Lead consultative growth, retention, and optimization initiatives for Coldwell Banker franchisees across a defined territory. Advise franchise owners on strategy, financial planning, benchmarking, M&A opportunities, and brand engagement. Deliver virtual and in-person training, present at events, manage compliance and contractual matters, and drive measurable business outcomes through relationship building and performance improvement. Role requires independent project management and up to 50% travel within the Northeast.

Coordinate and maintain escrow files and transaction documentation, ensure required signatures and dates, upload documents to Transaction Manager, track escrow details and contingency dates, communicate status to agents and office leadership, assist escrow companies and provide general administrative and front-desk backup.

Provide front-desk reception, administrative support, cash/earnest-money processing, deposits, office supply and vendor coordination, light data entry and correspondence, and barista services to maintain a professional, well-organized on-site office environment.

Provide administrative and front-desk support for real estate agents: manage onboarding, communications, MLS and contract processes, billing/expense tracking, meeting logistics, office supplies, and prepare marketing/listing materials while ensuring transaction completeness and compliance.
