Support agents, branch leaders, and marketing by troubleshooting office systems, providing white-glove agent support, managing basic social media and office accounts, coordinating onboarding and training on company tools, assisting branch culture and events, maintaining office organization, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve transaction and operational issues.

Perform front-desk and receptionist duties, greet visitors, answer phones, process mail/deliveries, maintain office and supplies, open client files in the database, and assist escrow teams to ensure smooth real estate closings.

Initiate outgoing escrow wire transfers and coordinate with escrow teams. Perform escrow accounting duties, reconciliations, and work with banking platforms. Provide receptionist backup when needed. Maintain accuracy, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Support closing representative by preparing and processing loan and closing documents, auditing contracts, clearing title issues, preparing estimated closing statements, maintaining files, recording documents, disbursing checks, and building relationships with agents and industry partners to ensure timely, accurate real estate closings.

Provide in-office, white-glove support to agents and branch leaders: troubleshoot office systems, assist with onboarding and training on company tools, support marketing and social media, coordinate events and office operations, maintain supplies, and collaborate with regional teams to improve processes and agent productivity.

Drive revenue growth within an assigned territory by building relationships with real estate, lending, and referral partners. Generate new business through prospecting and events, promote title and escrow services, collaborate with operations for seamless closings, maintain CRM records, monitor market trends, meet sales targets, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead a data and analytics team to design, build, and deliver scalable reporting and insights. Manage GitLab, Confluence, and Jira; migrate legacy reports to Snowflake/Databricks; use Python, SQL, MS Access, and VBA to build data models, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and ad-hoc analyses that inform partner strategies and operational decisions.

Support escrow officers by collecting information, communicating with customers, handling front-end processing, preparing preliminary Closing Disclosures, reviewing contracts/commitments, and assembling closing documents. Provide professional, organized, customer-focused service and maintain positive company image.
