Supports clinical department leadership by ensuring timecard accuracy and serving as the subject matter expert for the organization’s timekeeping and scheduling platform. Partners with departments to maintain reliable workforce scheduling and timekeeping processes while promoting collaboration, accountability, quality, and employee support.

Supports compensation requests, annual pay cycles, bonuses, one-time payments, market pricing, benchmarking, pay equity reviews, audits, and reporting. Advises HR Business Partners, interprets compensation data, maintains data integrity, uses Workday and HR analytics tools, and provides data-driven recommendations aligned with compensation strategy and market competitiveness.

Leads the strategy, development, integration, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain management information systems and analytics. Oversees process improvement, workflow design, savings opportunities, replenishment processes, costing, lean initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, finance, and IT. Manages and develops the team while serving as a strategic consultant and primary liaison with business and technology stakeholders.

Leads Grady Health System’s government affairs strategy across Georgia, federal, municipal, and regional jurisdictions. Serves as principal lobbyist, builds relationships with elected and agency officials, monitors legislation and regulation, develops policy agendas, prepares testimony and executive briefings, manages external lobbyists and advocacy coalitions, and advises executive leadership on legislative risk, funding, healthcare policy, and community priorities. Supervises government affairs personnel and coordinates cross-functionally with legal, finance, communications, and clinical operations.

Manages the organization’s health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, and voluntary benefits programs. Oversees compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and applicable labor laws; manages vendors, audits, budgets, enrollment, employee communications, and reporting. Leads benefits strategy, open enrollment, retirement plan administration, leave processes, wellness initiatives, and continuous improvement while partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, leadership, and external providers.

Leads Grady Health Foundation fundraising strategy, including major gifts, planned giving, endowment development, donor retention, stewardship, and pipeline growth. Manages development staff, collaborates with health system leaders to align donor priorities, supports the Foundation Board Development Committee, and represents the organization at community meetings and external events.

Administer employee benefit programs, including health, insurance, retirement, wellness, and leave benefits. Process enrollments, eligibility changes, qualifying life events, and terminations; support open enrollment; answer employee questions; coordinate with carriers and vendors; maintain HRIS and payroll data; ensure ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and FMLA compliance; support audits; and communicate benefit updates and wellness initiatives.

Manages and analyzes pharmacy financial data, including budgets, expenses, reimbursements, rebates, drug spend, and 340B activities. Reviews and negotiates vendor, manufacturer, purchasing, and payer contracts; maintains contract records; monitors compliance; and identifies cost-saving opportunities. Supports forecasting, budgeting, audits, regulatory initiatives, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making while collaborating with pharmacy, finance, procurement, vendors, and other stakeholders.
