Plan, promote, and execute in-person and virtual events statewide to engage audiences, donors, and partners. Develop event marketing strategies and digital campaigns, manage logistics, vendors, volunteers, budgets and grant-funded events, track and report engagement and donor impact, prepare scripts and promotional materials, support fundraising and pledge events, represent OETA at community events, and assist with communications, design, and administrative projects.

Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve taxpayer service. Analyze data, design and implement process changes, develop training and documentation, create dashboards and project plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support change management, and present results to leadership while ensuring compliance and confidentiality of Federal Tax Information.

The Internal Auditor II conducts financial, operational, and compliance audits, develops audit programs, prepares reports, and evaluates organizational processes for compliance and efficiency.

Represent the state in criminal appeals, draft and edit appellate briefs, meet unit productivity and review deadlines, argue cases, handle federal habeas matters, and maintain confidentiality while completing assigned cases without reassignment.

Represent indigent clients at trial level in felony, misdemeanor, juvenile, traffic and wildlife cases; manage case files, investigate facts, collect evidence, perform legal research, file motions, conduct jury selection, negotiate pleas, preserve appellate issues, and provide consultation to staff.

Provide clerical and records support for criminal files: data entry, scanning, producing and filing legal documents, answering phones, mail duties, retrieving documents, facilitating meetings, and assisting attorneys while handling confidential materials and meeting daily deadlines.

Lead and oversee procurement for ODMHSAS: develop and execute procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships and contracts, ensure legal and ethical compliance, optimize sourcing and cost-effectiveness, and lead the procurement team.
