Represent indigent clients at the trial level across felony, misdemeanor, juvenile, traffic, and wildlife cases. Manage case files; communicate with clients and families; conduct investigations; collect and preserve evidence; perform legal research; file pretrial motions; prepare for jury selection and trial; preserve appellate issues; serve as co-counsel and provide support to other staff; perform assigned administrative duties.

Provide leadership and technical support for Family & Consumer Sciences education programs: develop instructional strategies, conduct program evaluations, deliver professional development, coach teachers, support student organizations, and assist local agencies to ensure program quality and improvement.

Perform a range of HR duties including classification, compensation analysis, payroll and benefits administration, recruitment, selection testing, grievance administration, personnel transactions, and advising managers on HR laws and policies. Position levels vary from routine HR tasks to advanced, independent program administration and lead responsibilities.

Provide in-person and remote IT support, install/maintain computer hardware and software, manage user accounts and mobile devices, troubleshoot common applications, assist engineering with broadcast editing, automation, transmission, and telemetry systems, participate in weekly on-call rotation, and support special projects as assigned.

Provide administrative support to programs or administrators including records management, correspondence, reports, fiscal tasks (invoices, purchase orders), customer interfacing, scheduling, training or supervising staff, and using office data-processing equipment. Perform routine inquiries, interpret policies, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with agency procedures.

Supervise and manage procurement, receipt, storage, issuance, inventory, distribution, and disposal of supplies and equipment for an institution. Oversee warehouse operations, inspect items, maintain records, train staff, coordinate with purchasing and departments, and ensure safety and compliance.

Serve as the agency's finance chief to direct fiscal operations, budgeting, accounting systems, audits, and financial reporting. Lead senior staff, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, implement internal controls, support strategic planning, and represent the agency to stakeholders and governing bodies.

Lead and manage the Central Processing Department to ensure accurate, timely processing of taxpayer returns, payments, mail, and data. Drive process improvements, maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and vendor relations, oversee staff development, and provide reporting to executive leadership. Ensure secure handling of Federal Tax Information and operational alignment with Oklahoma tax laws.

The Legal Assistant will support attorneys in preparing legal documents, assist with court filings, manage case files, and organize litigation materials.
