Perform full-performance accounting duties including maintaining ledgers, preparing financial statements and expenditure reports, processing vouchers and payroll, reconciling accounts, analyzing budget needs, managing purchase card transactions, and coordinating travel arrangements. Provide financial analysis and support to the Fiscal/HR division and train or guide junior staff.

Manage intake, tracking, and case management of open records requests; review and redact documents for compliance with the Oklahoma Open Records Act; prepare secure releases; handle large, complex requests; coordinate disclosures across divisions; optimize processes and assist with Administrative Procedures Act filings.

Lead end-to-end projects across commission divisions, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and change management. Serve as liaison to stakeholders and vendors, build PMO processes, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.

Develops and delivers ethics education programs: plans annual learning strategy, designs curriculum and multimedia content, delivers in-person and virtual training, evaluates learning effectiveness, manages learning technology, and coordinates outreach with stakeholders.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Oklahoma Ethics Commission: manage paper and electronic records, serve as docket and open records clerk, coordinate meetings and continuing education, handle reception and mail, assist with The Guardian System, prepare meeting minutes and legal document packages, and perform office inventory and backup duties.

Provide administrative support to the Director of Family and Early Childhood Services and department programs: maintain records, prepare correspondence and reports, administer data collection, coordinate activities with internal/external customers, perform fiscal and operational tasks, represent the program at meetings, train/mentor staff, and perform required travel. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of documents and assist with projects to improve service delivery.
