Review and process licensure applications to confirm eligibility, verify certifications and other licenses, investigate disciplinary issues, apply relevant laws and administrative code, generate reports, and provide customer service to applicants, licensees, and the public.

Create and produce on-brand communications (writing, design, social and web content, email, video, podcast support) to promote TSET programs. Collaborate across the agency, evaluate output success, provide communication support to grantees, and travel as needed to deliver training and technical assistance.

Oversees statewide delivery of transportation projects, including development and execution of multi-year construction and asset preservation plans. Manages division staff, budgets, contracts, and interagency coordination, and provides technical and managerial oversight to ensure on-time, policy-compliant project delivery.

Develop and implement communication strategies for grant campaigns and grantee support. Review and approve branding, signage, and materials; provide PR, media relations, social marketing consultation; create communication plans, KPIs, and storytelling for program successes; collaborate with internal teams, partners, and contractors; provide training and technical assistance; travel occasionally to grantee and partner locations.

Manage full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, personnel transactions, time and leave administration, benefits support, employee records, and weekly New Employee Onboarding presentations. Process Workday transactions, track approvals, respond to HR inquiries, generate reports, assist HR team projects, and represent the agency at community events.

Represent indigent clients at the trial level across felony, misdemeanor, juvenile, traffic, and wildlife cases. Manage case files; communicate with clients and families; conduct investigations; collect and preserve evidence; perform legal research; file pretrial motions; prepare for jury selection and trial; preserve appellate issues; serve as co-counsel and provide support to other staff; perform assigned administrative duties.

Investigate unemployment insurance cases by reviewing documentation, calculating overpayments, interviewing claimants and employers, issuing fraud determinations, documenting findings in case systems, and preparing cases for appeals or legal proceedings. Maintain confidentiality and provide professional claimant/employer communication.

Provide leadership and technical support for Family & Consumer Sciences education programs: develop instructional strategies, conduct program evaluations, deliver professional development, coach teachers, support student organizations, and assist local agencies to ensure program quality and improvement.

The Attorney will provide legal representation, conduct research, and oversee legal tasks within the agency. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, advising on compliance issues, and training agency personnel.

Provide accounting support including revenue recognition, federal program draws, reconciliations between deposit book, state accounting system, and treasurer records; maintain general ledger coding; process refunds and warrants; manage authority orders; assist sales tax reconciliation; report FFATA sub-award data; troubleshoot EFTs; and provide backup support for Tech Center and other Financial Services functions.
