Develops and delivers ethics education programs: plans annual learning strategy, designs curriculum and multimedia content, delivers in-person and virtual training, evaluates learning effectiveness, manages learning technology, and coordinates outreach with stakeholders.

Process and review license applications to confirm eligibility, verify credentials, investigate disciplinary issues, and ensure compliance with Oklahoma law and administrative code. Generate reports, inspect applicant education and timelines, provide customer service to applicants and the public, and perform clerical tasks to complete licensure processing.
