Perform driver license and ID examinations, reinstate or suspend driving privileges, assist customers with fines/requirements, gather records for Legal, provide training and lead duties, review timesheets, and support policy input and other compliance activities.

Perform full-performance accounting duties including maintaining ledgers, preparing financial statements and expenditure reports, processing vouchers and payroll, reconciling accounts, analyzing budget needs, managing purchase card transactions, and coordinating travel arrangements. Provide financial analysis and support to the Fiscal/HR division and train or guide junior staff.

Manage intake, tracking, and case management of open records requests; review and redact documents for compliance with the Oklahoma Open Records Act; prepare secure releases; handle large, complex requests; coordinate disclosures across divisions; optimize processes and assist with Administrative Procedures Act filings.

Analyze and resolve complex Medicaid claims, adjustments, and fund recoveries; monitor financial transactions and compliance; communicate with providers and stakeholders; prepare legal recovery documents; track productivity metrics and assist with MMIS subsystem decisions.

Receive, inspect, store, issue, and ship inventory; maintain proper storage and stock records; coordinate with purchasing, department heads, vendors, and outside agencies; perform warehousing duties and occasional travel; meet physical lifting requirements and comply with background and drug testing.

Analyze job classifications, position descriptions, and organizational structures to develop career ladders, job families, and internal mobility frameworks. Coordinate workforce development projects, collect and analyze workforce data, create documentation and communications for employees and supervisors, and support training alignment, succession planning, and related HR initiatives.
