Lead and oversee procurement for ODMHSAS: develop and execute procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships and contracts, ensure legal and ethical compliance, optimize sourcing and cost-effectiveness, and lead the procurement team.

Coordinate statewide 911 GIS projects and stakeholders, ensure PSAP GIS compliance, maintain the statewide GIS repository, perform data validation and QA, administer ticketing and vendor support, develop dashboards and spatial analyses, provide training and technical assistance, and support NG9-1-1 routing and emergency operations.

The Data Coordinator I manages and analyzes student data, ensuring compliance with regulations, supports data collection processes, and provides assistance to educational personnel.

Provide legal counsel to the Oklahoma Tax Commission including legal research, litigation and administrative hearings, drafting and reviewing contracts and legislation, advising on policy and procedures, mentoring junior staff, and representing the agency in court and appeals involving state tax collection and compliance.

Perform agency accounting functions including invoice processing and reconciliation, P-Card auditing and monthly voucher preparation, travel reservations and voucher processing, utility and purchase card processing, scanning and maintaining source documents, participating in audits, and coordinating fund status and asset coding with supervisors and asset manager.

Provide general administrative support for the Unclaimed Property Office including multi-line phone handling, customer service, mail processing, filing, copying/scanning, check deposit processing, basic bookkeeping/accounting tasks, maintaining onsite files and equipment moves, and other routine office duties. Position requires on-site presence, teamwork, and adherence to confidentiality and agency policies.

Serve as liaison and coordinator between ODCTE and technology center WED/ACD administrators; support economic development initiatives through CTIMS; convene partners, provide technical training, analyze workforce trends, plan professional development, and conduct frequent in-state travel to strengthen Oklahoma's workforce.

Plan, organize, and direct agency procurement: develop ITBs/RFPs, draft and review specifications, evaluate bids, award and administer contracts, monitor contractor compliance, manage P-card and PeopleSoft purchasing records, prepare procurement reports, and provide staff guidance. May supervise procurement team.
