Coordinate campus engagement and readiness activities for an ERP change initiative, facilitate workshops/town halls, support data staging and scenario development, create communications and materials, and collaborate with project and campus stakeholders to ensure readiness and adoption.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure ML pipelines and infrastructure for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Manage day-to-day operations of the Interdisciplinary Business Honors Program, lead student retention and engagement, plan events and orientations, advise students and student organizations, handle communications and administrative tasks, and support program staff and faculty. Some evening and weekend work required.
