Provide senior leadership for faculty affairs, overseeing appointment, promotion, and tenure processes, faculty recruitment and retention, awards, orientation and leadership development, policy interpretation, faculty data/reporting systems, and cross-campus coordination. Serve as a Provost advisor, represent academic affairs, manage staff and programs, and support faculty collective bargaining and compliance.

Implement CI/CD for models, manage data pipelines, feature stores, and model versioning, and integrate security practices.
