Develop and execute annual center-level marketing plans to drive leasing, sales, traffic, and revenue. Manage budgets, media, promotions, retailer relationships, social and email/SMS programs, Salesforce data, PR, and tourism initiatives. Oversee marketing staff and support business development and store intensification strategies.
