Translate completed repair and service work orders into accurate client invoices. Review labor, parts, sublet, warranty, and pricing for billing accuracy; prepare and send invoices via FMC; reconcile accounts and support month-end close. Monitor payments, assist collections, resolve billing discrepancies, and provide billing reports and process-improvement recommendations. Partner with service advisors, technicians, and finance to maintain organized billing records.
