Develop training, create/maintain test documentation and fixtures, troubleshoot production issues, assist in product transfers, collaborate on root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturability and quality.

Design, develop, and support embedded electronics and firmware for scientific imaging and microscope systems. Own hardware from architecture through PCB layout, prototyping, validation, and production release. Develop firmware in C/C++, perform circuit simulation and lab verification, integrate multi-discipline subsystems, design manufacturing test plans, troubleshoot system-level issues, and support transfer to manufacturing while mentoring junior engineers.
