Manage plaintiff-side personal injury or habitability cases from intake through resolution. Evaluate liability and damages, draft pleadings and motions, conduct and defend depositions, handle court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation, maintain case documentation, communicate with clients, collaborate with staff, and mentor junior attorneys.
