Identify and qualify new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, cold calling, inbound lead follow-up, and transportation-needs discovery. Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and senior sales leaders, track activity in Salesforce, refine outreach strategies with the company president, and build sales and transportation-industry knowledge. The role includes training, mentorship, uncapped commissions, and an advancement path into business development.

Review driver applications and background reports, order and save required screening documents, evaluate MVRs/PSP/Clearinghouse/criminal records, update applicant status in Tenstreet and D360, and manage hold/denied packets per company criteria.

Support the Business Development team by learning the company model, shadowing sales activities, conducting research, performing spreadsheet analysis, maintaining sales data, and progressively assisting with prospecting and outreach under supervision.

Manage customer accounts to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments: resolve billing discrepancies, follow up on past-due balances, record payments and adjustments, liaise with agents and collections, prepare account statements, and support billing-related account reviews.

Drive revenue growth for a 3PL by identifying prospects, managing a sales pipeline, leading client meetings, analyzing sales metrics, and providing post-sale support. Conduct market research, deliver value-driven presentations, and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting company targets.

Deliver virtual and on-site onboarding and periodic training for agent partners, drivers, and employees; maintain and improve training programs and materials; troubleshoot system issues; create video and written training content; conduct check-ins and support to drive adoption and partner success.
