Manage and grow relationships with VAR channel partners for Teltonika networking devices. Drive partner training, sales targets, POS reporting, marketing collaboration, and trade show representation. Use in-house CRM to log leads and opportunities and coordinate with internal sales teams to achieve revenue goals.

Drive B2B outbound prospecting and appointment setting for industrial networking and telematics products. Deliver product presentations, generate leads, maintain CRM records, assist with proposals/contracts, support market research, and represent the company at trade shows. Work hybrid from the Irving, TX office and travel as needed.

Provide technical expertise and support for Teltonika networking products: troubleshoot customer configurations, integrate devices, prepare documentation, run trainings, liaise with R&D, and work hands-on with Linux/OpenWRT, networking protocols, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, and industrial telecom interfaces.

The Sales Representative will conduct cold calls, book appointments, deliver presentations, maintain CRM records, and support market research while developing B2B client relationships in the North American market.
