Perform day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, expense and cash management, prepare financial reports and statements, support tax compliance, administer bonus/commission programs, improve accounting processes and controls, and assist audits and ad hoc reporting.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. and LATAM: source, screen, interview, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding. Support and integrate Teltonika telematics GNSS devices (Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485, 1-Wire) for vehicle use cases; arrange technical tasks for custom development, troubleshoot via ticketing and meetings, coordinate with R&D/QA/PM, produce docs/training, and visit clients for implementations.

Drive B2B outbound prospecting and appointment setting for industrial networking and telematics products. Deliver product presentations, generate leads, maintain CRM records, assist with proposals/contracts, support market research, and represent the company at trade shows. Work hybrid from the Irving, TX office and travel as needed.
