Hybrid office and warehouse role supporting distribution operations with clerical tasks, driver monitoring, data entry, and basic warehouse duties. Provide limited driving support in emergencies, assist with receiving, packing, inventory, and maintain records and communication across teams while following safety and operational procedures.

Monitor live CCTV feeds and entry points across multiple locations, audit Track-Tik reports and closing procedures, respond to alarms, troubleshoot access/ alarm/camera issues, review footage, document incidents, ensure overnight guard compliance with post orders, and assist Security System Operator and management with security tasks and audits.

Implements and enforces compliance policies and procedures, conducts audits and investigations, verifies labeling/manifest and inventory records, assists with security and facility audits, escalates violations, provides staff guidance and training, and supports cross-trained departmental duties to ensure regulatory adherence.

Manage a sales territory to meet weekly, monthly, and annual quotas by developing territory action plans, prospecting and closing new business, maintaining client relationships, collecting receivables, coaching and directing staff, and overseeing departmental operations and compliance. Perform field sales activities, product demos, and other duties to support business objectives.

Lead and grow a statewide sales organization: set territory strategy, coach and manage reps, drive account growth and retail execution, oversee forecasting, AR, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Production.

Drive revenue and execution across ~30-50 priority retail partners through daily in-market visits, joint business planning, promotional execution, merchandising compliance, training, and CRM documentation. Own revenue targets, distribution breadth, SKU placement, and corrective action for underperforming accounts while ensuring promotional accuracy and AR compliance.
