Manage and scope sustainability R&I projects with IHLs and industry partners, support implementation of sustainability initiatives across JTC buildings, liaise with agencies and stakeholders, review technical findings, and track sustainability performance to inform policy and deployment.

Lead identification and implementation of automation, robotics and AI solutions for built-environment projects. Manage project delivery (tenders, contracts, procurement), analyze data and perform cost-benefit assessments, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate and advocate technology adoption to improve productivity.

Manage consultants and contractors, oversee contracts, resolve technical/design issues, coordinate with government agencies, ensure quality tender documents, maintain schedule, safety and site housekeeping, and drive implementation of innovative estate initiatives.

Support JTC staff in managing SME and micro‑SME tenants, address operational and real‑estate needs, build stakeholder relationships, and assist with relocation planning and interagency liaison.

Lead full lifecycle land reclamation projects from concept and design through implementation. Coordinate with government agencies for approvals and budgets, develop reclamation concepts, assess site conditions and environmental impacts, manage consultants and contractors, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, and resolve construction or contractual issues.

Responsible for processing and reviewing grant submissions and accounting, fixed assets accounting, and financial reporting. Liaise with internal business units and government ministries/agencies, assist in managing fixed assets, and use Excel and analytics tools to support reporting and analysis.

Lead HR business partnering, talent acquisition and outreach programs. Build close partnerships with line divisions to provide strategic HR advice on recruitment, employee relations, performance, talent management, rewards, and HR policy. Support organisational change, workforce planning and development programs while collaborating with HR centres of excellence.

The role involves managing maritime security operations, liaising with agencies, providing insights on regulations, and supporting exercises and training in the shipping industry.

Assist in shaping maritime strategies through economic analysis and forecasting trends. Conduct research on economic and maritime developments, prepare reports, and communicate findings effectively.
