Oversee student financial operations including fee charging, billing, collections, and refunds. Lead media outreach and publicity to boost institutional profile; manage media relations and enquiries; conceptualise, develop and produce print and digital content; support cross-functional stakeholders with editorial and event management; supervise projects and collaborate with internal and external partners.
