Lead end-to-end delivery of software and digital platform projects using Agile/Scrum. Act as delivery lead or Scrum Master, coordinate stakeholders, vendors and engineering teams, manage risks, metrics and governance, translate business requirements into technical deliverables, and ensure compliance with architecture and cybersecurity requirements.

Manages a portfolio of courses and interest groups by developing and curating offerings, engaging trainers and partners, monitoring compliance and quality, and expanding community outreach. Builds relationships with industry, corporate, community, and government stakeholders; recruits new partners; promotes courses through social media; supports national initiatives; and contributes to transformation projects that improve processes and participation.

The role involves driving geospatial technology leadership, leading proof-of-concept projects, conducting technology assessments, and facilitating partnerships in the geomatics field.

Supports course policy, trainer administration, and AI initiatives through data consolidation, analysis, dashboard review, and trend identification. The intern generates insights on courses and interest groups, assists with project and administrative activities, and contributes to process improvement efforts. Responsibilities also include reviewing data patterns, supporting current projects, and completing other duties assigned by 2LD.

Supports digital communications through social media content creation, campaign planning, content calendar management, community engagement, trend research, and basic performance reporting. Creates graphics, short-form videos, and copy using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva. Responds to audience comments and messages while helping evaluate campaign effectiveness and maintain a consistent online presence.

Leads public education, outreach, stakeholder engagement, events, volunteer programmes, partnerships, and communications promoting animal welfare, public health, and responsible pet ownership. Develops engagement strategies, facilitates dialogue, manages publicity channels, coordinates projects, budgets, training, and team wellbeing, and works with government agencies, animal groups, industry partners, volunteers, and citizens. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, creative, independent, and project management skills, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work.
