Leads technical execution and integration for complex defense aerospace programs. Responsibilities include developing aircraft-level requirements, coordinating engineering disciplines and suppliers, overseeing design reviews, managing technical risks and changes, supporting certification and airworthiness activities, and serving as the primary technical contact for program stakeholders.

Lead aerospace development programs from technical definition through customer delivery. Design and document mechanical system modifications for Learjet, Challenger, and Global aircraft. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on requirements, configuration, design reviews, trade studies, certification, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementation. Support bids, statements of work, production investigations, and aircraft system completion while ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, TCCA, and CFR Part 25 requirements.

Supports aircraft interior modification programs for defense customers through engineering design, systems integration, certification, documentation, and technical leadership. Develops modification packages, reviews designs, evaluates impacts on aircraft systems, coordinates suppliers and cross-functional teams, and supports FAA certification and STC compliance. Manages work packages, schedules, risks, and technical deliverables while ensuring projects meet budget, quality, regulatory, and schedule requirements.

Lead complex experimental flight test projects from planning through completion by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedule, budget, risk, safety, and stakeholder communications, and delivering program reports and corrective actions.

The Design Engineer creates and optimizes products, collaborates with teams, and ensures compliance with standards for aircraft components.

The MRB Liaison Engineer supports aircraft production, resolves non-conformance issues, designs optimal repairs, and ensures safety and compliance.

Lead aircraft electrical systems integration, certification, and development activities. Perform architecture, power distribution, lighting, verification/validation, testing, troubleshooting, and supplier coordination to support new aircraft and in-service improvements while ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations and industry standards.

The Aerostructure Designer will focus on designing and modifying aircraft structures for mission-specific configurations, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and certification requirements, while collaborating with various teams on structural integrity and manufacturability.
