Leads property management system implementations, operational transitions, lease-ups, acquisitions, and stabilization efforts across multifamily and regulated housing properties. Provides temporary operational oversight, coaching, training, troubleshooting, and recovery planning. Monitors occupancy, leasing, collections, compliance, maintenance, staffing, budgets, and financial performance while coordinating with cross-functional teams and leadership to improve property operations and complete successful handoffs.

Provides administrative and accounting support, including processing invoices, setting up vendors, maintaining financial records, coordinating checks and calendars, communicating with vendors, and supporting the CFO, Accounting Manager, and accounting team. The role is fully onsite and includes general office and document-management duties.

Oversee organization-wide procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, purchasing policies, compliance, and Procure-to-Pay system administration. Manage procurement staff, P-card programs, RFPs and negotiations, vendor onboarding, contract documentation, audits, reporting, and staff training. Partner with leadership, Accounting, and IT to improve workflows, controls, automation, and cost-effectiveness while meeting regulatory, grant, and organizational requirements.

Supports the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in managing a residential community. Greets residents and visitors, provides customer service, maintains secure building entry, conducts common-area inspections, schedules resident tours, assists with applications, monitors surveillance systems, and handles phone calls. The role requires holiday and inclement-weather coverage, occasional support at other communities, and may involve exposure to bodily fluids with appropriate training and protective equipment.

Administers and supports organization-wide software and data systems, including user access, configurations, integrations, reporting, documentation, vendor coordination, licensing, renewals, training, and data quality. The role supports onboarding and offboarding access, security reviews, system governance, troubleshooting, process improvement, and cross-department workflows. Travel to Austin-area locations and occasional North Texas properties is required, with occasional evening or weekend work for upgrades, incidents, and maintenance.

Supports the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with community administration, resident and visitor customer service, guest registration, building security monitoring, common-area inspections, resident tours, applications, and phone screening. The role maintains a welcoming property environment, works holidays and inclement weather days, and may provide coverage at other supportive housing communities.
