Oversee the owner’s Integrated Master Schedule for a hyperscale data center program, integrating design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. Review contractor schedules, validate progress, assess critical paths and risks, evaluate recovery plans and delay claims, and recommend mitigation strategies. Lead schedule reviews, prepare executive reporting, maintain audit-ready documentation, coordinate project stakeholders, and provide guidance to schedulers and project controls personnel.

Owns schedule development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting for a multi-site data center program. Coordinates schedule updates across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and field teams; validates progress through site visits; manages baselines, change control, risk reviews, scenario modeling, procurement integration, and critical-path alignment. Represents the owner by providing audit-ready documentation, risk indicators, and decision-ready guidance.

Manage and maintain Primavera P6 schedules across multiple projects, including schedule updates, work breakdown structures, milestones, logic, reporting, variance analysis, and schedule risk identification. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, schedulers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate project controls documentation. Support baseline development, change analysis, schedule health reporting, and process improvements in a fully remote environment.

Leads client engagement and translates construction project controls needs into analytics solution requirements. Conducts meetings, demonstrations, training, and presentations; interprets schedules, costs, risks, and performance metrics; documents requirements and tracks follow-through. Collaborates with analytics teams on prototypes, workflows, onboarding, testing, and implementation while identifying reporting improvements and opportunities to expand client services. Requires strong construction project controls knowledge, communication, business analysis, generative AI experience, and independent remote work capability.

Lead project controls activities, including schedule development, cost estimating, forecasting, expenditure tracking, earned value reporting, risk analysis, procurement monitoring, vendor performance, change management, and stakeholder reporting. Coordinate with project teams to resolve schedule and cost issues while ensuring compliance with organizational and client standards. The role is fully remote when not traveling to U.S. client sites.

Lead development and maintenance of the Primavera P6 schedule for a large data center project. Build WBS and logic ties, validate field progress, produce reports, support schedule risk analysis and scenario modeling, integrate procurement and commissioning sequences, and maintain baseline integrity and audit records.
