The Member Experience Coordinator creates a welcoming atmosphere, engages members, handles concerns, processes transactions, and maintains the Welcome Center's organization.

Lead the Welcome Center team to create a positive member experience through member engagement, tours, and sales. Handle transactions, membership invoicing, past-due account outreach, schedule coverage, maintain lobby organization, resolve member concerns, and follow YMCA policies. Fill in operational duties and perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
