Provide welcoming visitor services, sell tickets and memberships, manage group and field trip reservations, and handle call center inquiries. Support donor acknowledgment, process membership materials, document visitor feedback, and assist with special projects and racial equity initiatives. Weekend and some evening availability required; Spanish fluency preferred.

Collaborate with the Associate Director to concept, design, and produce print, digital, environmental, and branded materials. Create and animate digital assets, prepare production specs, manage vendors and contract designers, provide art direction on shoots, maintain files, and ensure brand consistency. Manage multiple projects with project coordinators and mentor junior designers.

Support in-house design team by creating production-ready files for print, large-format, digital ads, signage, and campaigns. Own assigned projects from request to completion, follow brand guidelines, incorporate feedback, collaborate with project coordinator, and pursue skill growth through team feedback and creative meetings. Portfolio required.

Support monthly accounting, reconciliations, and reporting across admissions, membership, retail, events, contributed and restricted funds. Maintain operating budgets, manage accounting systems (Business Central, Jet Reports), prepare funding requests, assist year-end close and audits, and serve as an internal resource for expense and budget inquiries.
