Lead and support multi-site production operations, ensuring technical excellence in audio, lighting, video, networking, and stage systems. Recruit, develop, and shepherd volunteer and staff teams, partner with creative and ministry leaders to plan services and events, maintain production standards and systems, and serve nights/weekends as needed.

Provides administrative and logistical support to a church location pastor and team. Maintains data, reports, calendars, supplies, purchasing, files, and project systems; coordinates volunteers, front desk coverage, events, communications, printing, and event preparation. The role collaborates across teams, manages schedules and budgets, supports ministry activities, and engages congregation members and community partners.
