Lead assisted living community operations in partnership with the Executive Director while owning sales, marketing, census growth, referral development, tours, prospect follow-up, and CRM activity. Support department leaders, employee engagement, quality assurance, resident satisfaction, compliance, and operational improvements. Build relationships with residents, families, healthcare referral partners, physicians, and community organizations while balancing occupancy goals with resident experience and quality of care.
