Participates in a rotational learning program across Digital Division departments, supporting insurance account management, customer service, sales, benefits enrollment, and administrative projects. The intern assists customers with health and Medicare plan options, completes quoting and enrollment data entry, makes occasional outbound calls, sells ancillary products, supports new and renewal business processing, and develops insurance and agency systems knowledge. The role also requires creating training manuals and providing courteous service while pursuing required Oklahoma insurance licensing.

Lead redesigns, maintain hosting and infrastructure, optimize lead-generation funnels, manage vendors and projects, and serve as the organization’s web subject-matter expert.

Handles high-volume inbound and outbound client communications, identifies business and coverage needs, qualifies insurance leads, and routes them to appropriate carriers or brokerages. Uses Ask Kodiak, Salesforce, GURU, and collaboration tools to manage calls, messages, appointments, scripts, and follow-up tasks while meeting performance and quality metrics.

Provides administrative and client service support for employee benefits accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM and client files, resolving claims and billing issues, gathering renewal data, analyzing proposals, coordinating enrollments and plan installations, supporting individual insurance customers, and referring business opportunities. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills, plus an insurance license or ability to obtain one.
