Supports daily car wash site operations and the General Manager by leading employees, driving membership sales, delivering customer service, maintaining equipment and facilities, managing chemical inventory, enforcing safety and company policies, and handling opening, closing, and administrative responsibilities. The role includes recruiting, training, motivating staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in an outdoor, physically active environment.

Supports configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment of POS systems and IT infrastructure across car wash locations. Provides Tier 3 technical support, manages remote monitoring, ticket resolution, asset inventory, licensing, hardware deployment, networking, cabling, cameras, and system health checks. Assists with store openings and conversions, maintains technical documentation, and provides occasional after-hours, weekend, and travel support.

Provides Tier 1 IT support by installing, configuring, upgrading, repairing, and troubleshooting hardware, software, workstations, networks, and Wi-Fi. Sets up employee accounts and equipment, retrieves and clears separated employees’ property, supports workstation moves, evaluates new technology, and assists with IT processes and projects. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows, hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Support daily site operations and the General Manager at a ModWash location: drive membership sales, deliver excellent customer service, maintain equipment and facilities, manage inventory and safety, train and motivate staff, perform hiring and administrative duties, and execute opening/closing responsibilities to meet sales and service standards.

Support and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Create promotional materials and social content, manage online presence, assist email and press outreach, analyze basic marketing data, coordinate events and local market support (up to 25% travel), and ensure brand consistency.
