Provide Tier 1 and 2 hybrid IT support for bank staff: troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and endpoints; manage Microsoft 365 user lifecycle and mailbox access; deploy and maintain workstations and peripherals; support Intune and endpoint security (BitLocker, policy troubleshooting); assist with updates/patches and basic network troubleshooting; support Teams/Webex voice and conference room tech; maintain documentation and asset inventory; own escalations to vendors/MSP through resolution.
