Administers employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, leave, disability, COBRA, and open enrollment. Maintains benefits data in Paycom, reconciles carrier bills and payroll deductions, supports compliance reporting, manages vendors, and provides benefits education and customer service to employees, retirees, and beneficiaries. Requires independent judgment, accurate recordkeeping, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, consultants, and benefit providers.
