Provide consumer accounting and general administrative support: prepare invoices and checks, enter receipts into MIP Accounting, reconcile bank activity, compile and mail Representative Payee and tax reports, maintain consumer files, assist with accounts payable, answer phones, manage building entry and vehicle check-out, and support coordinators and managers to meet deadlines and compliance requirements.
