The Market President manages banking activities in a region, focusing on lending, deposit growth, marketing, and leading employees to achieve performance goals.

Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 customer support for deposit accounts and digital banking across phone, email, and secure messaging. Process transactions, perform account research, debit card support, administrative tasks, compliance support, audit assistance, and propose process improvements while supporting Deposit Operations and Digital Banking teams.

Performs back‑office mortgage processing and closing preparation, books loan closings, maintains files/databases, handles customer inquiries, uses LOS/core accounting/credit reporting systems, ensures investor and audit compliance, reviews HMDA data, provides rotational coverage and trains staff, and supports loan officers.
