Owns the university’s digital presence through web content strategy, WordPress and Elementor management, accessibility compliance, technical SEO, AI discoverability, analytics, hosting performance, and editorial governance. The role builds and updates web pages, manages WP Engine workflows and templates, improves navigation, oversees GA4 reporting, coordinates content intake, maintains editorial calendars, supervises a student assistant, and collaborates with departments to connect digital performance with enrollment outcomes.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Dean and Associate Dean while coordinating daily operations for the Doctor of Executive Leadership program. Responsibilities include managing confidential records and communications, supporting faculty and students, coordinating meetings, events, recruitment, onboarding, purchasing, budgets, reports, accreditation materials, scheduling, and technology support. The role also maintains databases, academic records, forms, inventories, and institutional documentation while serving as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
