Provide day-to-day servicing and retention for existing commercial insurance clients alongside a Risk Advisor. Process renewals, certificates, policy changes, generate quotes, remarket programs, identify exposures, facilitate coverage reviews, and document client activity using AMS360 and ImageRight. Mentor junior staff and support cross-selling and renewal workflows.
