Manages full-cycle recruitment for frontline, clinical support, and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate recommendations, offer coordination, background checks, credentialing, and onboarding support. Partners with hiring managers, maintains applicant tracking records, ensures compliance with employment laws, and delivers a responsive candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions.

Analyzes organizational and clinical data, develops reports, dashboards, visualizations, surveys, and reporting tools, and presents findings to leaders and boards. Audits data quality, improves workflows and system integration, maintains reporting configurations, supports quality improvement and patient management initiatives, and trains users on data systems. The role collaborates with stakeholders, ensures privacy compliance, and travels between organizational and partner sites as needed.

Lead HR strategy and team, own talent acquisition, training, leadership development, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, compensation structure, policy compliance, HR metrics and employee experience. Partner with Finance, counsel, and executive leadership; handle complex investigations and present HR matters to the Board. Fully onsite role requiring background, TB clearance, and immunizations.
