Lead and manage the Career & Experiential Education Center, developing strategic vision, embedding career development across campus, supervising staff, overseeing experiential learning, study abroad, employer and faculty relations, prior learning assessment, data collection and reporting, and providing direct advising and program oversight to advance student and alumni career outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of 75-100 major gift prospects, develop and execute individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies, support fundraising campaigns and events, partner with leadership on philanthropic strategy, maintain CRM records and metrics, travel to cultivate donors, and promote alumni and community engagement to secure transformational gifts for the university.
