The Production Flight Test Manager oversees quality assurance by managing test operations for unmanned aircraft, ensuring adherence to acceptance criteria and regulatory compliance. They lead test personnel, analyze test data, and drive corrective actions while reporting on key performance metrics.

Lead development and validation of UAV guidance, navigation, and control systems. Own control architecture, autopilot workflows (PX4), state estimation, sensor integration, flight test planning/execution, data analysis, troubleshooting, and mentor engineers to improve aircraft behavior and operational readiness.

Develop and maintain C/C++ system services on embedded Linux SOMs for drone platforms. Work on boot/init, networking (UDP, DHCP, DNS, MAVLink), PX4 log handling, logging/diagnostics, radio networking, and system integration. Debug system-level issues, collaborate with flight software and QA, and deliver reliable, well-documented production software for constrained Ubuntu-based environments.

Design, analyze, and support production of autonomous surface vessels by performing hull, stability, and performance analyses; integrate propulsion and marine systems; create 3D CAD models and production drawings; support prototyping, sea trials, testing, and manufacturability improvements; collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet certification, schedule, and quality goals.

Lead and standardize product development across multiple subsidiaries, create common processes and templates, build integrated master schedules, enable resource/tool sharing, and lead onboarding/integration of acquired companies for unmanned air and maritime systems.

Develop and maintain QGroundControl for drones, focusing on Android integration and MAVLink communication while optimizing UI/UX and performance.
