Lead and grow a mechanical engineering team to deliver UAV and quadcopter platforms from concept through production. Own departmental objectives, resource planning, budgets, mechanical architecture, integration, verification, BOM/PLM management, supplier relationships, DFM/DFA/DFT practices, NPI and manufacturing scale-up, and drive cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.

Lead and maintain reliability, security, and performance of on-premises and cloud infrastructure across Windows, Linux, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, identity, endpoints, backups, monitoring, and service management. Act as escalation point, mentor teammates, manage incidents/changes in Jira, document in Confluence, automate tasks with scripting, and support compliance and disaster recovery in regulated environments.

Develop, maintain, and integrate C++ software for ground stations and drones, lead HMIF and web interfaces, create PRDs/ICDs, run RDT&E and validation, prototype hardware with CAD and 3D printing, and support transition to production and field deployments.

Drive positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for unmanned surface vessels. Conduct market and competitive analysis, develop campaigns and sales enablement, support launches, events, and cross-functional collaboration to translate technical capabilities into mission-focused narratives for defense and government customers.

Provide in-house legal counsel on employment law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, government regulatory compliance (including export controls), corporate governance, and support transactions, investigations, and training. Partner with business leaders and outside counsel to mitigate legal and regulatory risk.
