Captures, edits, and manages photo and video content for maritime autonomy products, corporate communications, marketing, sales, events, and executive communications. Coordinates field shoots in maritime, military, and industrial environments; manages agencies, freelancers, usage rights, budgets, and asset libraries. Produces rapid-turnaround video, photography, social content, motion graphics, and technical storytelling while ensuring ITAR, EAR, OPSEC, customer-release, and government-site requirements are met.

Leads complex, cross-functional UAS hardware programs from concept and architecture through validation, production ramp, and sustainment. Owns scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, technical tradeoffs, and delivery commitments. Coordinates engineering, product, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations teams; leads design reviews, trade studies, DFMEA activities, and program planning. The role also improves program execution processes and coaches teams on hardware development methodologies.
