Assist Accounting Manager with AR/AP/credit and month-end close. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, payment applications, fixed asset reviews, and resolve vendor/customer discrepancies. Support report preparation, audits, and special projects. Use GAAP, Excel, and ERP (SAP) to analyze transactions and recommend process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Provide administrative support across facilities, logistics, and purchasing: coordinate vendors and contractors, manage shipping/receiving and inventory, handle office and facility supplies, assist vendor setup and quotations, and maintain security badges and vehicle logs.
