Oversees implementation, data collection, and evaluation of Pioneer Library System signature services, programs, and collections. Aligns departmental work with the strategic plan, supervises staff, supports system-wide employees, delivers high-level customer service, and manages departmental budgets. Requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, plus up to two weeks of mandatory orientation and training in Norman.
