Provide primary legal counsel to Executive Leadership and the Library Commission on governance, public meetings and records laws, contracts/procurement, employment, and policy development; ensure legal compliance and alignment with the library's mission. Position is full-time, based at downtown Oklahoma City library, requiring availability during some evenings and weekends.

Assist library patrons by checking materials in/out, locating items, managing member accounts and issuing library cards; help with self-service equipment and basic collection maintenance; provide information about services and work assigned on-site schedule including some evenings and weekends.
