Provide technical consulting and project management for vertical transportation projects including inspections, modernization, maintenance audits, design review, and construction administration. Serve clients with equipment assessments, reports, recommendations, and field evaluations while supporting business development and maintaining industry code knowledge.

Support architectural design project delivery by preparing proposals and project documents, managing contracts and COIs, maintaining electronic records, performing quality control, coordinating client communications and schedules, and providing administrative support to project managers and consultants from proposal through project closeout.
