Provide strategic and operational leadership for university fundraising: lead development teams, manage campaign execution, maintain a portfolio of 25–35 leadership prospects, drive major gift and stewardship strategies, oversee donor relations, prospect research, reporting, and cross-campus partnerships to meet fundraising goals and develop talent and systems.

Provide front-office HR coordination and administrative support to the VP and HR team. Manage front desk operations, communications, student employee supervision, student hiring/onboarding, expense reconciliation, purchase orders, budget tracking, filing, intranet and digital signage, and confidential administrative tasks.

Administers and improves university enterprise infrastructure and mission-critical operational technologies. Acts as technical service owner, provides on-call support, monitors systems, performs maintenance/patching, automates tasks, coordinates vendors, manages incidents/changes, documents procedures, and supports projects and disaster recovery.

Coordinate marketing projects from intake through production, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables (print, digital, video, photo). Use Asana to schedule work, ensure brand/style compliance, communicate status to partners, and support designers/writers to meet deadlines and budgets.

Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations and complex journal entries (accruals, deferrals, adjustments), manage month-end close activities, reconcile intercompany and transfer accounts, assist with annual and single audits, prepare sales tax returns, support departments on finance matters, and complete ad hoc financial projects while maintaining GAAP and university policy compliance.

The role involves teaching various data analytics courses, engaging in scholarly research, and providing service to the university and community, all while integrating Christian principles.
