In support of the university’s mission and objectives, the Project Coordinator oversees a wide range of marketing projects for various campus partners from initial intake to final production. This role identifies specific project goals and deliverables, establishes production timelines, and provides campus partners with regular status updates to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Project Execution and Coordination- Ensures excellent execution of marketing projects – including print, digital, video, photo, and reporting – as requested by campus departments.
- Schedules and monitors project timelines and deliverables using the Asana Project Management System.
- Provides frequent and clear communication across key stakeholders to keep projects moving forward within the approved time frame.
- Collaborates with the marketing team and partners with requesting departments to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of excellence for each project.
- Partners with supervisor on project planning timing to ensure alignment with the university calendar.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with various campus departments and maintains a smooth workflow.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the PBA brand and style guide standards ensuring standards are maintained in each project.
- Partners with the requesting departments to gain a full understanding of the project vision and provides clear, detailed directions to designers, writers, etc. to meet the desired goals.

Bachelor's degree in business, graphic design, communications, required.
EXPERIENCE2+ years of related work experience, required. 3+ years of experience in copywriting and/or graphic designed, preferred.
