Performs purchasing, accounts payable, billing, payroll data entry and audit functions; manages vendor relations, tax and insurance schedules, petty cash, contract files, facility/vehicle maintenance scheduling, and confidential payroll records. Interfaces with electronic systems and payroll vendor, ensures timely payments and regulatory compliance.

Oversee regional HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, records maintenance, scheduling background checks, running orientations, supporting payroll paperwork, and partnering with hiring managers. Lead a larger, complex caseload and assist the recruitment team when the manager is unavailable.
